
The UK’s biggest provider of student accommodation, UNITE, appointed us at its first ever social media agency – tasked with helping it evolve marcomms and customer services to connect better with students and create greater brand awareness and engagement.


Tasked with integrating social media into its marketing and communications and customer services, we are in the midst of a change management programme to evolve the way in which the business engages with its 40,000 strong customer base.
Our integrated approach involves strategic planning across marcomms, customer services and operations, training and skills development, social media monitoring and online reputation management. To date we have helped UNITE establish a greater affinity with its customers and prospective customers, driving brand and service awareness and delivering sales through social channels.
