On 4 April 2012, analogue TV services for nearly 12 million viewers across the London TV region will start to be switched off. For many people this presents no problem but others (such as those over 75 or over, disabled, blind or partially sighted people, or those living in a care home) need a little help. Digital UK charged us with ensuring the switch over is communicated effectively to all Londoners.

We worked with Switchover Help Scheme and Digital UK to launch a public-information campaign highlighting the help available to eligible households across London and the Home Counties.
With EastEnders stars June Brown and Rudolph Walker as the star guests, we hosted a very special tea party at the real Albert Square in Lambeth, London. Local groups were invited to attend; an OB was conducted with both live and pre-record interviews and the Press Association came down to take colourful pictures that went out on the wires.
Coverage included a weighty BBC London lunchtime and evening news package, ITV London Tonight and a host of key local London and Home Counties print and broadcast media.
